How notifications work

Updated

On this pageChannel priority
YEMISCE can deliver service notifications through several channels: Push, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, and SMS.
When an event happens, such as a new booking or a client reminder, the system does not send the same message through every channel at once. It tries to deliver exactly one notification through the first channel that works in the configured priority.

Channel priority

  1. Push
  2. Telegram
  3. WhatsApp
  4. Email
  5. SMS
If the first channel is unavailable, YEMISCE automatically tries the next one. For example, if Push fails, the system tries Telegram. If Telegram is not connected, it tries WhatsApp, then Email, and only then SMS.
Important: the client or business receives one message, not five copies across different channels.
The business controls enabled channels in communication settings. Paid channels use the communication balance only when they are actually used for delivery.
