The owner cabinet has a menu on the left and a work area on the right. The menu is the same on every cabinet page, so you can jump to any section in one click.
The owner cabinet menu on a computer
  • “Bookings” — the calendar with all bookings, blocked time and free gaps. Switch between “Day” and “Week”, “Calendar” and “List”, and create bookings with the “Booking” button. See Calendar: day, week, list and specialist filter.
  • “Clients” — your client base: search, filters, the client card with visit history and notes, and import. See Client base: search, filters and the client card.
  • “Waitlist” — requests from clients who couldn't find a suitable time. See Waitlist.
  • “Free openings” — time freed up today by cancellations: drafts, published “Open today” openings and the clients you can offer them to. See “Open today”.
  • “Services” — your services, their sections, duration, prices and performers. See Services: creating and editing.
  • “Team” — team members, their cabinet access and working schedules, including your own. See Adding a team member and inviting them to the dashboard.
  • “Page” — everything about your public page: “Business profile”, “Photos and top gallery”, “Contacts and location”, “Page sections”, “Page features”, “Appearance”, “SEO and page address”, “Custom domain”. See Business profile: name, logo, description and business mode.
  • “Statistics” — page views, bookings and traffic sources. See Page statistics.
  • “Settings” — “Business”, “Billing details”, “Booking”, “Notifications”, “Integrations”, “Subscription”, “Data & privacy”. Businesses in Ukraine also see “Veteran program” here.

Bottom of the menu

Below the sections you will find:
  • “Announcements” with a bell — announcements from the YEMISCE team: product updates and other news. A red number shows how many are unread. See YEMISCE announcements: banners and the bell.
  • “Language” — the language of the cabinet interface. See Your profile and cabinet language.
  • The account block with your initials, name and email. Click it to open a menu with “Profile”, “Account settings” and “Log out”.
  • “Collapse sidebar” — hides section names and keeps only icons, leaving more room for the calendar. To expand the menu again, click the arrow at the bottom. The choice is remembered in this browser.
Important YEMISCE messages — about maintenance or incidents — appear as a strip above the work area.

On a phone

On a narrow screen the menu is hidden. At the top of the cabinet there is a bar with:
  • on the left — the menu button (three lines); tap it to open the list of sections;
  • on the right — the bell, the language button (globe) and the account button with your initials.

The team member cabinet

Team members see a different, shorter menu: “My calendar”, “My schedule”, “My services”, “Google Calendar” and “Account”. Admin sections, services, prices, the team and the business page stay with the owner only. See The team member dashboard.

FAQ

Where do I subscribe or check my subscription? “Settings” → “Subscription”. It shows your current access, when the trial or paid period ends, and your payment history.
Where do I download my data or request business deletion? “Settings” → “Data & privacy”. The “Account settings” item in the account menu opens the same screen. See Data export and Business deletion request.
The menu became narrow and I can't see section names. The menu is collapsed. Click the arrow at the very bottom of the menu to bring the names back.
What does “Profile” in the account menu open? For owners, it opens the list of “Settings” sections. The name and photo clients see are changed under “Team” — see The owner as a specialist.
