Reviews help the business improve and help other clients choose. You can only leave a review after a real visit that the business has marked as completed.
Where to find the link
- In the “How was your visit?” message — the “Leave a review” button. The business sends it when it marks the visit as completed, and may send a reminder later.
- In “My bookings” → “History” — the “Leave a review” button on a completed visit's card. It's there until you've left a review. To sign in, see Signing in to your client account.
You don't need to sign in to open the link from the message.
How to leave a review
- Open the “How was your visit?” page. At the top you'll see the service, the date of the visit and the staff member.
- Under “Rating”, click a star from 1 to 5. 5 is selected by default — change it if needed.
- Optionally write a “Comment (optional)” — up to 2000 characters.
- Click “Leave review”.
You'll see “Thank you for the review” and “Your review has been saved and sent to the business.” Your rating and comment appear below.
What others will see
The review may appear on the business's public page: the rating, the comment and the service name, plus the staff member's name if the business has several specialists. Your full name isn't shown: the review is signed “Client” with the first letter of your name, for example “Client O.”
The business can reply to the review publicly.
Reviews on Google
If the business has added a link to its Google profile (online businesses can too), below the form you'll see “Want to share it on Google too?” with a “Leave a review on Google” button. This is separate from the YEMISCE review: you can leave feedback here, on Google, or both.
If the business reports your review
The business can send a review to a YEMISCE moderator for checking. While it's being checked, the review isn't shown on the business page, and your link shows that a moderator is reviewing it.
- If the moderator keeps the review, it reappears on the business page unchanged.
- If the moderator removes it, your link shows “Review removed by administration”. This decision is final: you can't edit the review or send a new one for this visit.
FAQ
The link shows “Review unavailable”.
It comes with the explanation “This link has already been used or the booking has not been marked completed yet.” If your visit happened but the business hasn't marked it completed yet, try later or remind the business.
I see “Check the rating and comment.”
Select the rating again and make sure the comment is no longer than 2000 characters.
I see “This business isn't accepting reviews through YEMISCE right now. Try again later.”
The business can't receive reviews for the time being. The link still works — open it later and send your review again.
There's no “Leave a review” button in “My bookings”.
It only appears for completed visits and disappears once you've left a review. More about the account in “My bookings”: bookings, history, waitlist, active devices.
Can I leave a review without a comment?
Yes. The comment is optional; a rating is enough.
