Clients and team members can delete their YEMISCE account themselves in a few clicks. Business owners can't do this — they submit a request that the YEMISCE team reviews; while it is pending it can be withdrawn, and the owner gets an email with the decision. See Business deletion request.

Client: how to delete your account

  1. Sign in to the “My bookings” cabinet — see Signing in to your client account.
  2. At the bottom of the page, in the “Data & privacy” block, click “Delete account”.
  3. In the “Delete account” window, read what will be deleted.
  4. In the “Type your email to confirm deletion” field, enter the email you sign in with. If your account has no email, the field is called “Type the word delete to confirm deletion” — type the word delete in it.
  5. Click “Delete permanently”.

You are then signed out and taken to the YEMISCE home page.
What is deleted: your profile, all sign-in sessions, and your Telegram and push notification connections.
What stays: bookings and reviews remain with the businesses you booked with, but are no longer linked to your account. Each business keeps them as part of its own client base. If you want a business to delete this data too, contact it directly.

Upcoming bookings and packages

If you have upcoming bookings or session packages, the confirmation window shows warnings:
  • “Upcoming bookings: …” — deleting your account does not cancel bookings. The business will still expect you at the booked time.
  • “Service packages with unused visits: …” — sort out any unused sessions with the business before deleting.
If you don't plan to come, cancel your bookings first — see Managing a booking via its link.

Team member: how to delete your account

  1. Open “Account”.
  2. In the “Data & privacy” block, click “Delete account”.
  3. In the “Delete account” window, enter your login email in the “Type your email to confirm deletion” field. If your account has no email, type the word delete in the “Type the word delete to confirm deletion” field.
  4. Click “Delete permanently”.
Your account is deleted and you return to the log-in page.
For the business, this means your card in the team becomes inactive and your cabinet access shows as “Disabled”. Your schedule, booking history and visit notes stay with the business. Upcoming bookings with you don't disappear either. If you have any, the deletion window warns you: “You have … upcoming bookings. After you delete your account they stay in the business calendar — let the owner know so they can hand them to another specialist or cancel them.” Agree with the owner on who will take them.

If something goes wrong

  • “The text you entered does not match your email. The account was not deleted.” — make sure you typed exactly the email you sign in with (or the word delete if your account has no email). Upper and lower case don't matter.
  • “Business owners cannot delete their account directly - use the deletion request in business settings.” — this account has a business. See Business deletion request.
  • “Could not delete the account. Please try again.” — refresh the page and try again. If that doesn't help, email us at hello@yemisce.com.

FAQ

I only sign in with my phone number. Which email do I enter? You don't need one. If your account has no email, the deletion window has a “Type the word delete to confirm deletion” field — type the word delete in it.
What happens if I sign in with the same email later? YEMISCE creates a new account. Bookings that businesses keep under this email will show up in your cabinet again.
Will the business know I deleted my account? The business gets no separate notification. Your bookings with it stay as they were.
