Waitlist for clients
How to join a business's waitlist when there's no convenient time on its page, what happens next, and where to follow your request.
Updated
If a business's page has no time that suits you, join its waitlist. You say when you're available, and the business contacts you if a suitable time comes up.
The waitlist is only available if the business has turned it on. If you don't see the buttons described below, the business isn't using it.
Where to find it
- On the business page, next to the booking block: “No convenient time?” → “Join the waitlist”. Here you first choose a service in the “Choose a service” field.
- In the booking window for a service, below the time picker: “No convenient time? Join the waitlist”. The service is already selected.
How to join
- Enter your preferred dates: “Date from” and “Date to”. You can leave them empty — then any day works.
- Enter a convenient time: “Time from” and “Time to”. Also optional.
- Fill in “Your name” and “Phone”. “Email (optional)” lets you see the request in your client account.
- If the business asks you to confirm your number, click “Verify phone” and enter the SMS code.
- Tick “I agree to the privacy policy”.
- Click “Join waitlist”.
You'll see “Thank you! We will contact you if a suitable time appears.”
What happens next
The business sees your request with your preferred dates and times. If you chose a specialist on the page before joining, the request applies only to that specialist's time. When a suitable time comes up, the business contacts you — by phone, message, or an invitation to book.
Sometimes the offer arrives automatically. When the business publishes an “Open today” time for the same service and it fits your request (date, time and, if you chose one, the specialist), you get an “A slot opened up” message with a “Book now” button. You don't need to agree to such offers separately — your request is that consent.
A waitlist request doesn't hold a time. Until you book, other clients can take it.
Where to follow your request
Sign in to “My bookings” with the same email or confirmed phone number you gave in the request. The “Waitlist” section shows the service, the business, your preferred date and time, and the request state:
- “Waiting for an opening” — the request is active;
- “The business contacted you” — the business has already been in touch;
- “Booking created” — you've been booked;
- “Cancelled” — the request is closed.

FAQ
How do I cancel a request?
There's no button for it in the account. Message or call the business — its contacts are on its page.
I see “Fill the request and confirm consent to the privacy policy.”
Check that your name and phone are filled in and the consent box is ticked.
I see “Check the phone number - it looks invalid.”
Check the number you entered. For a foreign number, include the country code.
I see “Waitlist is currently unavailable.”
The business has turned the waitlist off. Contact it directly.
I see “Too many attempts. Try again later.”
You sent several requests in a row. Wait about 10 minutes.
Can I leave more than one request?
Yes, for example for different services. Each request is a separate entry under “Waitlist”.
