Managing a booking via its link

How to open the “Manage booking” page, cancel or reschedule a visit without signing in, and what to do if changes aren't available.

Every booking has a private link to a “Manage booking” page. It shows the details of your visit, and you can cancel or reschedule the booking there — no sign-in needed.
  • In the “Booking confirmed” email — the “Open booking” button.
  • In the booking reminder and in the rescheduling message — wherever you receive notifications from the business.
  • In your “My bookings” account — the “Manage booking” button on an active booking card.

What's on the page

  • the service, the business, date and time, the booking status;
  • “Client” — the name the booking is under, and “Staff” — the specialist;
  • for an online visit — the “Online” block with “Joining instructions” and a “Join” button;
  • “Actions” — cancelling and rescheduling;
  • “Business contacts” — phone, Instagram, Telegram, address.
“Back to cabinet” opens “My bookings”, and “Open business page” opens the business's public page.

Cancelling a booking

  1. In the “Actions” block, click “Cancel”.
  2. Confirm: “Are you sure you want to cancel this booking?”
You'll see “Booking cancelled.” and receive a cancellation message.
If the booking is one session of a series (the page shows, for example, “This is session 3 of 8 in the series”), there are two buttons:
  • “Cancel only this visit”;
  • “Cancel the whole series” — cancels all future sessions in the series. Past visits stay as they are.
If the visit is debited from a session package and it's too close to the visit for the business's rules, cancelling will use up that visit from the package — the page warns you about this in advance.

Rescheduling a booking

  1. In the “Actions” block, click “Reschedule”.
  2. Pick a date and a free time.
  3. Click “Confirm reschedule” and confirm: “Are you sure you want to reschedule this booking to the selected time?”
You'll see “Booking rescheduled.” and receive a message with the new time. The reminder will arrive before the new time, as far ahead as you chose when booking.
You can only move the booking to a free time with the same specialist and for the same service. If you're booked into a group class, the list also includes other sessions of the class that still have free places. If there's no free time, you'll see “Unfortunately, there are no available times.” To book with another specialist or for another service, cancel this booking and book again on the business page.

If you can't cancel or reschedule

The business sets the rules. Instead of the buttons you'll see one of these messages:
  • “This business does not allow self-service cancellation. Contact the specialist directly.” or “This business does not allow self-service rescheduling. Contact the specialist directly.”
  • “Cancellation or rescheduling is unavailable less than … hours before the visit. Contact the specialist directly.” Some businesses still let you cancel after this point, but not reschedule.
  • “This booking can no longer be changed.” — the visit has passed or was cancelled.
  • “To cancel or reschedule this booking, contact …” — changes through the page aren't available right now; use the business contacts.

FAQ

Do I need to sign in to cancel a booking? No. The link itself gives access to the page.
While rescheduling I saw “This time is already booked. Choose another slot.” Someone took that time while you were choosing. Pick another one. Similar messages — “This time is blocked.”, “This time is outside the specialist's working hours.” — also mean you need to choose a different time.
I lost the link. Sign in to “My bookings” with the email you gave when booking and click “Manage booking”. More about the account in “My bookings”: bookings, history, waitlist, active devices.
