Your business profile is the first thing clients see on your public page: the name, the logo and how you work. You set it up during onboarding, and you can change it at any time in the “Page” section.

Where to find it

Open “Page” → “Business profile”. This screen holds:
  • the logo;
  • the business name, tagline and business type;
  • the business mode;
  • the page languages.
When you're done, click “Save” at the bottom of the screen. Once the changes are stored, “Saved” appears at the top. To check the result the way a client sees it, use “Open public page ↗”.
The “Business profile” screen: logo, name, tagline and business mode
  1. In the “Logo / avatar” block, click “Upload logo”.
  2. Choose a JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC file up to 5 MB.
While the file uploads, the button shows “Uploading…”. Then click “Save” at the bottom of the screen — the new logo appears on the page only once it's saved. On the page it's shown in a square frame next to the business name, so a square image works best.
To remove the logo, click “Remove logo” and then “Save”.

Name, tagline and business type

  • “Business name on your page” — 2 to 120 characters. This is how your business is named on the page and in the confirmations and reminders clients receive.
  • “Tagline / subtitle” — a short subtitle, up to 160 characters. It's shown on the page under the business name. YEMISCE also uses it as the page description in search results and link previews when you haven't filled in a search description — see Appearance, SEO, page address and QR code.
  • “Business type (shown above the name)” — up to 80 characters. The business type you picked during onboarding is shown on the page above the business name together with the business mode, for example “Barber · physical location”; a ready option from the onboarding list is shown in the page language. To change it, type a different one. To remove it, clear the field — then only the business mode is shown above the name.

Business mode

Under “Business mode”, choose one option:
  • “Physical location” — “Clients visit the specified address.” The page shows your address, a map and opening hours. How to fill them in: Contacts, address, map and social media. If no address is set yet, an “Address on your page” field appears under the switch with the hint “A physical location needs an address — clients see it on your page.” Without an address the changes aren't saved.
  • “Online” — “Services are provided remotely without a public address.” Instead of an address the page says “Online”, and after booking the client gets a meeting link — see Online format: meeting link and client instructions. When you switch the mode to “Online”, a hint appears under the switch with a link to “Settings” → “Business”, where the meeting link and instructions are set.
Existing bookings keep the mode, address or link that applied when they were made. Changing the mode affects new bookings.

Business description (“About us”)

The text about your business isn't edited in the profile but in the page sections:
  1. Open “Page” → “Page sections”.
  2. In the “Show: About us” row, click “Configure”.
  3. Fill in “Section text” — up to 500 characters.
  4. Click “Save”.
If the field is empty, the “About us” section isn't shown on the page. More in Page sections: show, hide, reorder.

Page languages

The same block has “Primary page language” and additional “Page languages”. When extra languages are on, a “Translations” block appears where you can enter the name and tagline in each additional language. Details: Several page languages and translations.

FAQ

Will the page address change if I rename the business? No. The page address (for example, yemisce.com/studiya-ranok) stays the same, so the links and QR codes you've shared keep working. If you want the address to match the new name, change it yourself in “Page” → “SEO and page address” — the old address will redirect to the new one. See Appearance, SEO, page address and QR code.
After “Save” I see “Not saved…”. If it says “Not saved. Check the fields: …”, make sure the name has at least 2 characters. If it says “Not saved: a physical location needs an address.”, enter the address in “Address on your page” or choose the “Online” mode.
Uploading a logo shows “The file is too large. Choose a photo under 5 MB.” Make the image smaller and try again.
Uploading a logo shows “Unsupported image format. Try JPEG, PNG or an iPhone photo (HEIC).” The file is in an unsupported format. Save the image as JPG or PNG and try again.
The upload fails with a “could not save the photo” message. The file couldn't be stored because of a temporary error. Try again a little later.
Why does the subscription page open instead of saving? You can edit the page while your free trial or a paid subscription is active. If access has ended, YEMISCE opens the subscription page with the message “Access to the cabinet is paused…”. Renew your access — see Subscription payment: monthly or yearly.
