It is only a note for your records: YEMISCE takes and handles no money, and the client doesn't see the mark.
Marking a booking as paid
- Open the booking in the calendar.
- In the “Payment” block, click “Mark as paid”.
- If needed, change the amount (it starts as the booking's price), choose the method — “Cash”, “Card”, “Bank transfer” or “Other” — the date paid, and add a comment. Everything except the date is optional.
- Click “Save mark”.
The block then shows “Paid”, the amount and the method, with who marked it and when below. “Change” opens the same form; “Remove mark” removes it.
Where the mark shows
- Calendar. A paid booking's tile has a small payment icon next to the time; the booking's popup says “Paid” or “Not marked”.
- Booking window. The amount, method, date, comment, and who marked it and when.
- Client card. In “Visit history”, each booking says “Paid” or “Not marked”; the “Payment” block sums it up, e.g. “paid 1 · not marked 2”. Cancelled bookings aren't counted.
A recurring series
For a booking in a series, the form offers a choice: “This session only” or “The whole series”. A mark for the whole series applies to each of its sessions — any of them shows “Paid for the whole series”. You can also mark single sessions without the series, e.g. when the client pays for each one.
A session package
A package is marked in the client card, under “Session packages”: the package has the same “Payment” block, and the amount starts as the package's price. Bookings made from the package show “Paid with a session package”.
A group class
Each participant has their own mark. Click the class tile — next to each participant you see “Paid” or “Not marked”. To mark a participant, click “Details” next to them.
Who can mark
- The owner — any bookings, series and packages.
- A specialist — their own bookings, series and packages (where they are the performer).
Every change goes into the “Mark history”: who changed what and when. Even when a mark is removed, the history keeps a record of it.
When a booking is cancelled
Cancelling doesn't remove the mark — it stays in the cancelled booking's history. If the booking or its series is marked as paid, the cancellation window warns: “This booking is marked as paid. Don't forget to settle the payment with the client.” YEMISCE returns nothing — settle it with the client yourself.
FAQ
Does the client see that the booking is marked as paid?
No. Only the owner and specialists see the mark in the cabinet.
Can I mark a partial payment?
Yes: enter the amount the client paid and note in the comment how much is left.
What happens to the mark if the booking is moved?
It stays: the mark belongs to the booking, not to the time.
