How to sign inWhat’s in the dashboardMy notifications: push and TelegramWhat only the owner can changeFAQThis article is for specialists whom the owner has added to the team. In your personal dashboard you see your bookings, manage your schedule and get notified about new clients. The business owner decides exactly what you are allowed to do.
How to sign in
- The owner adds you to the team with your email — the invitation goes out straight away. You receive a “You're invited to join “business name” on YEMISCE” email.
- Click “Accept the invitation” in the email. The link is valid for 7 days.
- On the “Confirm sign-in” page, click “Sign in”.
Your dashboard opens on “My calendar”.
Next time, sign in on the YEMISCE login page with the same email: “Email me a sign-in link”, or “Continue with Google” if your Google account uses that address.
What’s in the dashboard
“My calendar” — your bookings by day or week, as a calendar or a list. Click a booking to open it. “Block time” closes a few hours in your calendar for booking. “Complete visit” and “Client did not come” are always available on your past bookings — see Completing a visit and no-shows. The “Booking” button and the other booking actions — “Reschedule”, “Cancel”, and the “Details” block with contacts — appear only if the owner has allowed them. If you have access to colleagues’ calendars, you can switch between them.
“My schedule” — your working hours, unavailable time, days off and vacation. You can always add unavailable time and days off yourself; you change working hours only with the owner’s permission. See Specialist schedule.
“My services” — the services you perform: “Duration”, “Price” (your personal price if the owner set one) and a “Visible” or “Hidden” label — whether the service is open for online booking. Only the owner can change services.
“Google Calendar” — connect your calendar so YEMISCE bookings appear in it and your personal events block time. See Google Calendar.
“Account” — the “Account settings” page: your name, role, level, “Login email” and business name, the “My notifications” block and the “Data & privacy” section.
My notifications: push and Telegram
The “Account” section has a “My notifications” block. This is where you choose where YEMISCE sends notifications to you personally.
- “Push in this browser” — click “Enable notifications” and allow notifications when the browser asks. Push only works on the device and browser where you turned it on, so repeat this on your phone and your computer.
- Telegram — click “Connect Telegram”. The YEMISCE bot opens — press “Start” in it. After that you will see “Connected as @your_username”.
You are notified about:
- new bookings with you — both those clients made online and those the owner or a colleague created in the dashboard;
- a booking with you that the client cancelled or rescheduled themselves;
- free time today that opened up in your schedule after a cancellation, if the business doesn’t publish such time automatically;
- a client reporting a problem after a visit with you.
When the owner or a colleague cancels or reschedules a booking in the dashboard, there is no separate notification — you see the changes in the calendar. YEMISCE also doesn’t send you reminders about your own appointments.
YEMISCE tries push first, then Telegram, then email to your login address. If push isn’t confirmed on your device within about a minute, the notification goes through the next channel. The client channel settings the business owner chooses don’t affect your notifications.
What only the owner can change
Your name, position, level, photo, login email, permissions, and the list and prices of services. If something needs fixing, contact the business owner.
FAQ
I used to sign in, but now I’m sent back to the login page.
The owner has most likely disabled your dashboard access. Contact them.
“This link has expired. Request a new one.” appears.
An invitation link is valid for 7 days, and a sign-in link you request on the login page for 15 minutes. Request a new one on the YEMISCE login page, or ask the owner to send the invitation again.
“Notification permission was denied. Enable it in your browser settings.” appears.
You blocked notifications for YEMISCE in your browser. Allow them in the browser’s site settings and click “Enable notifications” again.
How do I change the dashboard language?
Use the “Language” switcher at the bottom of the left menu (at the top of the screen on a phone). See Your profile and dashboard language.
How do I download my data or delete my account?
In “Account” → “Data & privacy”: “Download my data” and “Delete account”. See Data export and Deleting an account: client and team member.
