A reply to a review shows future clients that you care. Thank people for kind words, or calmly explain the situation if the review is critical. Your reply appears on your public page under the review.

Finding your reviews

  1. Open “Page” → “Page sections”.
  2. In the “Reviews” row, click “Manage”.
At the top you see “Average rating” and “Total reviews”. Below are filters:
  • “All”;
  • “Unanswered” — reviews you have not replied to yet;
  • “Reported” — reviews you reported that are currently in moderation.
Each review card shows the rating, the client's name, the visit date, the text (or “No text”), the service and the specialist. “Open booking” takes you to the calendar, and “Open client” opens this client's card in “Clients”.
Only the owner can see reviews and reply to them.

Replying

  1. Find the review. The “Unanswered” filter is a good place to start.
  2. Type your text in “Business response” — up to 2,000 characters.
  3. Click “Save response”.

You'll see “Reply saved — it shows under the review on your page.” The reply appears straight away on your public page under the review, and on the all-reviews page it is labelled “Business response”.

Editing or removing a reply

  • To edit, change the text in “Business response” and click “Save response”.
  • To remove, clear all the text and click “Save response”. The review goes back into the “Unanswered” filter.

How to reply well

  • Keep it short and to the point. Thank the client for the visit and the review.
  • Answer criticism calmly: acknowledge the problem, explain what you changed, offer to talk directly.
  • Do not include the client's personal data, treatment details or health information — every page visitor can read the reply.

FAQ

Will the client be notified about my reply? No. The reply simply appears on your page under the review.
The review contains insults or false claims. What should I do? You do not have to reply — report the review and YEMISCE administration will check it. See Reporting a review.
Can I delete or edit the review itself? No. There is one review per visit, and once it is sent nobody can change it — neither you nor the client, not even after a moderator has checked it. You can reply to it or report it.
My reply is not visible on the page. Check that the “Reviews” section is on in “Page” → “Page sections”, and that the review's status is “Public” or “Complaint rejected”. Reviews in moderation or hidden by moderation are not shown on the page.
