It shows your bookings with every business that uses YEMISCE, and it is where you set up notifications and manage your data. To learn how to get in, see Signing in to your client account.
The email or phone number you are signed in with is shown at the top of the page.
Upcoming bookings and history
“Upcoming bookings” lists active bookings that haven't happened yet, soonest first. Everything else — past, cancelled, completed — is under “History”.
Each booking card shows:
- the service, the business, “Specialist”, “Address” (or “Format” for an online visit);
- the date and time and the status;
- “Notifications” — the channels the business will use for messages about this booking;
- “When to remind” — for an upcoming confirmed visit, see below.
Statuses: “Confirmed”, “Completed”, “Cancelled”, “No-show”.
When to remind. For each upcoming confirmed visit you can choose the reminder time separately: “1 hour before”, “2 hours before”, “6 hours before” or “24 hours before”. Pick an option and click “Save” — you'll see “Reminder time saved.” If you don't change anything, the reminder comes 24 hours before. If the reminder has already been sent, it won't come again.
Buttons on the card:
- “Open business page” — the business's public page, for example to book again;
- “Manage booking” — for active bookings; opens the page where you can cancel or reschedule, see Managing a booking via its link;
- “Join” — for a confirmed online visit, if the business added a meeting link;
- “Leave a review” — for a completed visit you haven't reviewed yet, see How to leave a review.
Waitlist
The “Waitlist” section shows your requests to businesses where you couldn't find a suitable time: the service, the business, your preferred date and time, and the request state — “Waiting for an opening”, “The business contacted you”, “Booking created” or “Cancelled”. See Waitlist for clients.
Service notifications, push and Telegram
For each business you've booked with, you can choose “Allowed channels” and a “Primary channel”, connect Telegram, and enable push notifications on this device. See Client notifications: channel, Telegram, push, reminder time.
Earlier-time offers. If you ticked “Notify me if an earlier time opens” when booking, there is a “business name: earlier-time offers are on” block here. While it is there, the business may send you an offer to come earlier when a time frees up. A new booking without the tick doesn't turn this off — you can only turn it off here: click “Stop these offers”, and you'll see “Earlier-time offers are turned off.” To get such offers again, tick the box on your next booking.
Profile
The “Profile” block holds the details businesses can use for bookings and notifications.
Sign-in email. If you already sign in with an email, you'll see the address and the note “You sign in with this email. Google sign-in works if your Google account uses the same address.” It can't be changed in the account.
If your account was created with a phone number and has no email yet:
- Enter the address in the “Email” field.
- Click “Send confirmation link”. You'll see “We sent you an email with a link. Open it within 24 hours to confirm the address.”
- Open the “Confirm your email for signing in to YEMISCE” email, click “Confirm email”, then click “Confirm email” again on the page that opens.
You'll then see “Email confirmed. You can now sign in with email or Google.” Bookings made with that email will also appear in your account.
Other fields:
- “Phone number” — you can change it only after confirming the new number with an SMS code, see Confirming your phone and moving your visit history;
- “Date of birth”;
- “Allow marketing messages” — promotions and personal offers from businesses. Service messages about your bookings don't depend on it.
Click “Save profile” to save your changes.
Active devices
“Active devices” shows where you are signed in: the device name, “Last used” and “Valid until”. The device you're using now is marked “Current”.
- “End” — sign out on that device (confirm “End this session?”);
- “Log out from all devices” — sign out everywhere, including this device. You'll need to sign in again afterwards.
Data & privacy
In the “Data & privacy” block you can download a copy of your data with “Download my data” or delete your account with “Delete account”. See Data export and Account deletion: client and staff.
FAQ
Why is “Upcoming bookings” empty when I have a booking?
Most likely you booked with a different email, or only with a phone number that isn't confirmed in “Profile” yet. The booking may also have been cancelled — then it's under “History”.
Why don't I see “Service notifications” and “Telegram”?
They appear once you have at least one booking with a business linked to your email or confirmed phone number.
What does “This email is already used by another YEMISCE account.” mean?
There is already a separate YEMISCE account with this address. You can sign in to it with that address via email or Google — it holds the bookings made with that email. If you'd like the two accounts merged, write to us at hello@yemisce.com.
Other messages when adding an email.
“Check the email address.” — there's a typo in the address. “Too many attempts. Try again later.” — wait and try again. “Could not send the email. Please try again.” — try again. “This account already has an email.” — the email is already there, nothing to add.
