Clients book you just like any colleague. If you work alone, you are the business’s only specialist.
Where your card is
Open “Team”. Your card is the row with your login email under the name. Click it to edit your details.
Check the name clients see
The specialist name is the one you entered during onboarding in “What name should clients see?”. If you sign in with Google, that field was already filled in with your Google name. The same name also became your account name.
When a service has several specialists, the client chooses whom to book and sees the name and “Level”. So open your card, fill in “First name” and, if you like, “Last name”, “Position”, “Level” and “Photo”, then click “Save”.
Your working schedule
The owner dashboard has no separate “My schedule” section — you change your schedule the same way as your colleagues’:
- “Team” → your card → “Work schedule”.
- In “Working hours”, tick your working days, set the hours and click “Save schedule”.
- One-off changes go into “Unavailable time” (a few hours on one day) and “Days off and vacation” (whole days).
See Specialist schedule for details.
The services you perform
The first service from onboarding isn’t tied to specific specialists — everyone performs it, you included. Once you have several people on the team, open each service → “Performers” and keep only those who actually do it. If you don’t see clients yourself, don’t keep yourself among the performers. See Who performs a service.
Your bookings, notifications and Google Calendar
- Your bookings are in “Bookings” together with the team’s. To see only yours, use the specialist filter — see Calendar: day, week, list and specialist filter.
- For a new booking with you, you get one notification, not two — even though you are both the owner and the specialist. See How notifications work.
- The owner connects their own Google Calendar in “Settings” → “Integrations”. See Google Calendar.
What doesn’t apply on your card
You sign in as the owner with full access, so your card differs from your colleagues’ cards:
- the “Access” column says “Owner”;
- the card has no “Login email” field, no “Dashboard access” block and no “Send invitation”, “Disable access” or “Delete” buttons. Instead, it shows a note: “This is your own specialist card. You have full access to the dashboard, so invitations, permissions and removal are not needed here. Your login and email are changed in account settings.”
On your card you change “First name”, “Last name”, “Position”, “Level”, “Photo”, “Location” and “Work schedule”.
FAQ
I don’t see clients myself, I only manage. What should I do?
Open each service → “Performers” and remove yourself. Clients then can’t book you online.
Why does my name in “Team” look like part of my email or a phone number?
This could happen to businesses created before onboarding asked “What name should clients see?”. Change “First name” on your card and click “Save”.
I changed the hours in “Settings” → “Business”, but my specialist schedule didn’t change.
These are separate settings: the business opening hours and your personal schedule. They matched after onboarding but change independently afterwards. Change your own schedule in “Team” → your card → “Work schedule”.
Can I open the team member dashboard to see what my colleagues see?
No — with your account you always land in the owner dashboard. What a team member sees is described in The team member dashboard.
