Services are what clients book: each has a name, a duration and a price. You created your first service during onboarding; you add and change the rest in “Services”.

The service list

Open “Services” in the left menu. Each service shows its duration, price and how many performers it has. Services you have switched off are marked “Hidden”.
If specialists perform a service with different durations or prices, the list shows a duration range and a price starting with “from”. See Who performs a service for how to set this up.
The “Services” section: services with duration, price and number of performers

Adding a service

  1. Click “Add service”. A panel with tabs opens on the right.
  2. On the “Basic” tab, fill in:
    • “Service name” — 2 to 120 characters. This is what clients see.
    • “Description” — optional, up to 600 characters.
    • “Section” — which section the service belongs to. The default is “No section”.
    • “Duration” — in minutes, from 15 to 480, in 15-minute steps.
    • “Base price” — the price for every performer who doesn't have their own.
    • “Currency” — defaults to the “Default currency” from “Settings” → “Business”.
  3. On the “Performers” tab, tick who performs the service. A service can't be saved without a performer: the form switches to this tab and asks you to “Tick at least one performer on the “Performers” tab.”
  4. Click “Save”.
“Saved” appears at the top, the new service shows up in the list, and its row is briefly highlighted.

Editing a service

Click a service in the list to open the same panel. Make your changes and click “Save”.
A new duration or price applies to new bookings. Existing bookings keep their own time and price.

Hiding a service or switching it off

The “Basic” tab has two switches:
  • “Show in online booking” — turn it off and the service disappears from your page, but you can still book clients into it from the calendar with “Booking”. Useful for services you only arrange in person.
  • “Active” — turn it off and the service can't be booked at all, neither on the page nor in the calendar. It is marked “Hidden” in the list. Existing bookings for it stay in place.

Service currency

You can change the currency until the service has been used in a booking or an open-slot offer. After that the field is locked with the hint “Currency is locked because this service has already been used.”
If you need a different currency, create a new service and switch the old one off.

Advanced settings

The “Advanced settings” tab contains:
  • “Capacity” — turns the service into a group session. See Group bookings.
  • “Additional fields at booking” — questions the client answers in the booking form. See Custom booking fields.
  • “Aftercare” — recommendations and a check-in after the visit. See Aftercare.

FAQ

The service doesn't appear on my page. Check that “Active” and “Show in online booking” are both on, and that the section it belongs to isn't hidden. If the service is visible but has no times, see Why a client can't see free time.
I see “The service was not saved. Check: the name needs 2+ characters, the description up to 600, and at least one performer on the “Performers” tab.” Your changes weren't saved. Open the service again, fix the name, description or performers, and save again.
I see “Currency was not changed because this service is already used in a booking or open-slot offer.” The service already has bookings, so its currency is locked. Your other changes were saved. For a different currency, create a new service.
Can team members edit services? No. Only the owner manages services, prices and performers. A team member sees their own services, with their own price and duration, in “My services”.
Can I set a duration of 20 or 50 minutes? No. Duration goes in 15-minute steps: 15, 30, 45, 60 and so on up to 480.
