Some businesses — beauty clinics or tattoo studios, for example — ask how you feel after a treatment. That's what the “Aftercare” page is for: it has the specialist's instructions, a short form for your answer, and buttons to get in touch if something is wrong.

When the request arrives

Once the business marks your visit as completed, after the delay it set for the service, you'll receive a “How are you feeling?” message with an “Answer” button. It comes through the same channel as your other booking messages, see Client notifications: channel, Telegram, push, reminder time.
The button opens the “Aftercare” page. You don't need to sign in — the page opens via a private link. Don't forward it to other people.

What's on the page

  • the service name and the date of the visit;
  • “Aftercare instructions” — if the specialist added them;
  • a form with the “How are you feeling?” field;
  • the “Having an issue?” block, to let the business know if something is wrong.

How to answer

  1. In “How are you feeling?”, write a few words about how you are.
  2. To add a photo, first tick “I agree to send a photo to the specialist for assessment”. The “Photo (optional)” field then becomes active.
  3. Click “Send”.
You'll see “Thank you! Your answer has been sent.” Below it you'll find “Your answer” with the date and “Submitted photos”.
Only the business sees your answer and photos — they never appear on the public page.

If something is wrong

In the “Having an issue?” block:
  • “Call” — calls the business's phone, if the business has set one;
  • “Message on Telegram” — opens the business's Telegram chat, if the business has set one;
  • “What happened? (optional)” — briefly describe what's wrong;
  • “Report an issue” — YEMISCE notifies the business and the specialist that you need help and passes on your description. You'll see “Thanks, we've notified the specialist.”

Invitation to come back

For some services the business later sends a “Time for another visit” message with a “Book again” button. It opens the business page with the service already selected.

FAQ

The page says “This page isn't available for this booking.” The visit hasn't been marked as completed yet, or the business has turned aftercare off. Contact the business directly.
My photo won't upload. “Unsupported image format. Try JPEG, PNG, or HEIC.” — save the photo in one of these formats. “The photo is too large. Choose a file under 8 MB.” — choose a smaller file or reduce the photo. “Couldn't upload the photo. Please try again.” — try again.
I see “Too many attempts. Try again later.” You sent the form several times in a row. Wait about 10 minutes.
Can I change my answer? Yes. Write the new text and click “Send” — it replaces the previous one. Photos you've already sent stay.
How do I get back to my booking details? Click the button with the business name at the top of the page — it opens the booking page, see Managing a booking via its link.
