YEMISCE uses cookies, and the terms of the service are set out in the legal documents on the site. This article explains how to manage cookies and where to find the documents. It applies to everyone: owners, team members, clients and page visitors.
On your first visit to the YEMISCE site, the cabinet or a business page, a “We use cookies” banner appears at the bottom of the screen. Choose one of the options:
  • “Accept all” — allow all cookies;
  • “Reject optional” — keep only the strictly necessary ones;
  • “Customize” — choose categories yourself.

The “Cookie settings” window has three categories:
  • “Strictly necessary” — required for security, sign-in, language selection, booking and checkout. They are marked “Always on” and can't be turned off.
  • “Analytics” — help us understand how people use the site so we can improve it.
  • “Marketing” — may be used to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Turn on the switches you want and click “Save selection”.

How long your choice lasts and how to change it

Your choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. After that — or if you clear your cookies, open the site in another browser, or we update our cookie rules — the banner appears again.
The choice applies across all yemisce.com addresses. If a business page runs on its own custom domain, the choice for it is made separately.
To change your choice at any time, click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page — the link is on every business's public page, in the “My bookings” cabinet and on the yemisce.com site. If you turn analytics cookies off, YEMISCE removes the analytics cookie from your browser.
All documents are published on yemisce.com — the links are at the bottom of every page of the site, in the “Legal” column:
  • “Public Offer” — the terms for using YEMISCE and the subscription, including automatic renewal and cancellation. You accept it when you subscribe, by ticking “I have read and accept the YEMISCE Public Offer…” on the “YEMISCE subscription” page.
  • “Privacy Policy” — what data YEMISCE collects, why, where and for how long it is kept, and what rights you have. The current edition is dated 25 September 2026: section 8.1 now covers automatic deletion of the data of a business whose access ended and was not renewed for 3 months (see the FAQ below).
  • “Data Processing Agreement (DPA)” — an appendix to the offer. It describes how YEMISCE processes your clients' data on behalf of your business.
  • “Cookies” — the list of all YEMISCE cookies: name, purpose, duration and whether consent is required. The “Learn more” link in the cookie banner opens this page too.
When you register or sign in to a business account, you agree to the Public Offer and the Privacy Policy — the note under the registration and sign-in forms says so.
When clients book on a business page, they tick “I agree to the privacy policy”. Without it, the booking can't be submitted.

FAQ

Who is responsible for my business's client data? Under the Data Processing Agreement, your business is the controller of its clients' data, and YEMISCE is the processor that handles it on your behalf.
How do I exercise my rights regarding personal data? Some of it you can do yourself in the cabinet: Data export, Deleting an account: clients and team members, Business deletion request. For other requests, email hello@yemisce.com.
How long does YEMISCE keep business data if the subscription isn't renewed? Under section 8.1 of the Privacy Policy, if a business's access (trial, paid subscription or free access) ended and was not renewed for 3 months, the business data is deleted automatically — the same way as after an approved deletion request. At least 14 days before that, the owner gets an email titled “The data of “business name” on YEMISCE will be deleted” with the deletion date and a “Start a subscription” button. Financial documents are kept for 3 years. The “Settings” → “Data & privacy” screen reminds you of this too.
I already chose my cookie settings. Why did the banner appear again? Either 180 days have passed, you cleared your cookies, you opened the site in another browser, or we updated our cookie rules. Just make your choice again.
Will rejecting cookies affect booking? No. Booking needs only the strictly necessary cookies, and those are always on.
