The “Statistics” section shows how many people open your public page, where they come from and how many of them book online. It helps you see which channels work and where clients drop off on their way to booking.

Opening statistics

Select “Statistics” in the cabinet menu. In the top right corner, choose the period: “7” or “30” days. The default is 30 days. The period follows your business time zone and includes today.

Metrics

  • “Page views” — how many times the main business page was opened: at its YEMISCE address or on your custom domain. Separate publication pages are not included.
  • “Unique visitors” — how many separate visits there were. A visit lasts while the person is active on the page and ends after 30 minutes of inactivity. If the same person comes back later, they are counted again.
  • “Started booking” — how many times clients chose a service and saw the booking form with available times.
  • “Waitlist requests” — how many requests clients left on your page via “No convenient time?”. Requests can only come in while the waitlist is on.
  • “Conversion” — the share of views that ended in an online booking: “Booked” divided by “Page views”.
  • “Contact clicks” — taps on your phone number, map link and social media links.
  • “Service views” — how many times clients opened individual services.
  • “Post views” — how many times your publications were opened, on the page or via a direct link.
  • “Post to booking clicks” — taps on “Book now ↗” on a publication page.

Views trend

The “Views trend” chart shows page views per day for the selected period. Days follow your business time zone. Hover over a point to see the date and number of views.

Booking funnel

The “Booking funnel” block shows the steps side by side:
  1. “Page views” — the person opened your page;
  2. “Started booking” — they chose a service and saw available times;
  3. “Booked” — they completed an online booking;
  4. “Waitlist requests” — they found no convenient time and left a waitlist request.
Waitlist requests aren't lost clients: you can contact them when a time frees up.
A big gap between the first and second steps suggests reviewing your service descriptions and prices. A big gap between the second and third, or many waitlist requests — check that there is enough available time: see Why a client can't see available time.

Where visitors come from

The “Traffic sources” block splits views by the site the person came from:
  • “Google”, “Instagram”, “Facebook”, “TikTok” — visits from these services;
  • “Direct” — the browser didn't report where the visitor came from: the address was typed or opened from bookmarks, a messenger or an app;
  • “QR / campaign” — scans of the QR code from “Page features”, as well as visits from a site whose address contains “qr”;
  • “Other” — other sites.
The “Devices” block splits views into “Phones”, “Desktops”, “Tablets” and “Other”.

Top services, posts and specialists

  • “Top services” — up to six services with their views and bookings.
  • “Top posts” — up to six published publications: “Views”, “Clicks” (taps on “Book now ↗”) and “Bookings after post view” — online bookings made during the same visit after viewing that publication.
  • “Top specialists” — up to six specialists by number of bookings.

FAQ

The blocks say “No data for this period yet.” and the cards show zeros. There were no views in the selected period from visitors who allowed analytics cookies. Try the “30” period or check back later.
Why are there fewer views than I expected? Statistics only include people who allowed “Analytics” cookies. Visitors who declined are not counted.
Why is “Booked” lower than the number of new bookings in my calendar? The funnel counts only online bookings made on your page by visitors who allowed analytics cookies. Bookings you create in the cabinet are not included.
Can I pick another period, such as last month? No, only the last 7 or 30 days are available.
Where can I see review statistics? The average rating and number of reviews are in “Page” → “Page sections” → “Manage” next to the “Reviews” section.
