Reviews: request and reminder

When YEMISCE asks a client to rate their visit, how the single reminder after 48 hours works, and where the reviews you receive appear.

Reviews on your page come only from people who actually visited you. YEMISCE asks each client to rate their visit on its own — there is nothing to set up, you just need to complete your visits.

When the request is sent

The review request goes out right after you or a specialist click “Complete visit” on the booking. More in Completing a visit and no-shows.
The client receives a message asking them to rate the visit, with a link to the review page, through the notification channel they chose (see How notifications work). In an email, for example, it reads “How was your visit?” with a “Leave a review” button.

The reminder after 48 hours

If the client has not left a review within 48 hours after the visit was completed, YEMISCE sends the same message once more.
  • The reminder is sent only once. After that YEMISCE does not bother the client again.
  • If a review has already been left, no reminder is sent.
  • The reminder carries the same link as the first request.

What the client sees

The link opens a “How was your visit?” page with the service name, date and specialist. The client:
  1. sets a “Rating” from 1 to 5 stars;
  2. optionally writes a “Comment (optional)”;
  3. clicks “Leave review”.
One visit, one review: after sending, the page shows “Thank you for the review”, and the rating and text can no longer be changed — not even after a moderator has checked the review. More from the client's side in How to leave a review.

If you added a Google reviews link (possible for any business format, online included), the client also sees an offer to leave a review on Google below the form. See Google reviews link.

Where reviews appear

A new review appears immediately:
  • on your public page, in the “Reviews” section — with the rating, text and service. The client is shown only by a generic label and an initial, for example “Client O.”;
  • in the cabinet: “Page” → “Page sections” → “Reviews” → “Manage”. Here you see the average rating, the number of reviews and every review with a “Verified visit” badge.

From there you can reply to a review or report it.

FAQ

Can I turn review requests off? No, a request is sent after every completed visit.
Can I resend a request manually? No. YEMISCE sends the request and one reminder automatically.
The client opens the link and sees “Review unavailable”. A review has already been left with this link, or the visit has not been marked completed yet.
Can I delete a negative review? No. You can reply to it, and if it breaks the rules — report it. See Reporting a review.
