Where to find it
Open “Settings” → “Subscription” and scroll down to the “Payment history” block. Until there are payments, it says “There are no subscription payments yet.”.
For each payment you can see:
- “Date” — when the payment went through (or when it was created, if it has not gone through yet);
- “Amount” — how much was charged to the card, and in which currency;
- “Status”;
- buttons for the document and the fiscal receipt.
The list shows your latest 50 payments — both the first payment and automatic renewals.
Payment statuses
- “Paid” — the money was charged and the subscription period is paid for.
- “Pending” — the bank has not sent the final result yet. Wait and refresh the page.
- “Failed” — the payment did not go through and no money was taken.
- “Reversed” — the payment was refunded or cancelled on the bank’s side.
- “Requires review” — something about the payment is unusual and the YEMISCE team is checking it. If the status does not change, write to us at hello@yemisce.com.
The payment document
For every successful payment YEMISCE issues a “Subscription payment document”. Click “View document” and it opens in a new tab.
The document contains:
- the document number and date of issue;
- the seller — the YEMISCE legal entity for your market;
- the buyer — your billing details as they were at the time of payment;
- the description: “YEMISCE subscription — 1 month” or “YEMISCE subscription — 1 year”;
- the service period, the amount paid and the payment reference.
To save the document as a PDF or print it, use your browser’s print function.
The document language depends on the registration country in your billing details. Billing details are fixed on the document at the time of payment: if you change them later, documents already issued stay the same. See Billing details.
The fiscal receipt
The fiscal receipt is issued by the bank after a successful payment, so it does not appear straight away. Next to a “Paid” payment you will see one of the following:
- “View fiscal receipt” — the receipt is ready; click to open it.
- “Fiscal receipt is being prepared” — the receipt is not ready yet. YEMISCE checks it several times automatically, but you can click “Check status”.
- “The fiscal receipt could not be retrieved” — click “Check status” to try again.
- “Fiscal receipt issued” with no button — the receipt exists, but the bank did not provide a link to it. Write to us at hello@yemisce.com if you need it.
After “Check status” you will see “Fiscal receipt status updated.” or “The fiscal receipt could not be updated. The payment and subscription remain active.”. A delayed receipt does not affect your subscription in any way.
The email after payment
After each successful payment YEMISCE sends an email to the “Documents email” from your billing details. It includes the service period, the amount, the document number with a link to the document, and a link to the fiscal receipt if it is already available.
FAQ
There is no document next to a payment.
Documents are issued only for payments with the “Paid” status. If the status is “Pending”, wait and refresh the page.
I changed my billing details — how do I get a document with the new details?
The new details will appear on documents for later payments. Documents already issued do not change. If you need a correction, write to us at hello@yemisce.com.
Why does the amount in the history differ from the subscription price?
The history shows the amount actually charged to your card. If the price for your market is in another currency, it is converted to hryvnias at the rate at the time of payment — see Subscription payment: monthly or annual.
Can team members see the payment history?
No. The “YEMISCE subscription” page is available to the business owner only.
