Why a client can't see free time
A step-by-step list of reasons why your page shows no bookable times: from online booking being off to the specialist's schedule, gaps between bookings and Google Calendar.

If any one condition fails, there are no times. Below are all the reasons, one by one.
First, look at what the client sees
Open your page and start booking the service the way a client would.
- “Page temporarily unavailable” — the business has no active access to YEMISCE. See Subscription payment.
- “Online booking is temporarily disabled. Contact the business directly.” — online booking is off. Turn on “Accept online bookings” in “Settings” → “Booking”.
- The service isn't in the list — see reason 1 below.
- “Unfortunately, there are no available times.” or “No available times on this date.” — go through the list below.
Reasons, one by one
1. The service isn't shown online. The service needs both “Active” and “Show in online booking” turned on, and its section must not be hidden. See Services and Service sections.
2. The service has no available performer. Check the “Performers” tab: the right specialist is ticked and is still on the team. See Who performs a service.
3. The specialist doesn't work that day. The day isn't ticked in their “Working hours”, or the hours are wrong. See Specialist schedule.
4. The business is closed. YEMISCE only offers times when the specialist is working and the business is open. If the day is “Closed” in “Business opening hours”, or the hours are narrower, free time gets trimmed. See Business opening hours.
5. The service doesn't fit. The whole service must fit inside the working window. A two-hour service won't appear on a day when the specialist works for an hour and a half. Keep “Individual duration” in mind — it can be longer than the general one.
6. The date is further out than allowed. “How many days ahead” in “Settings” → “Booking” limits how many days from today clients can book.
7. The time is too soon. “Nearest booking no sooner than” hides the nearest times. For example, with 120 minutes, at 15:00 a client sees times from 17:00 onwards.
8. The specialist is already busy. The time overlaps another booking, including one for a different service or a group session.
9. Gaps between bookings. “Preparation before booking” and “Break after booking” take up time around every booking. They also shift the first booking of the day: with 15 minutes of preparation and a 10:00 start, the first time is 10:15. See Gaps between bookings.
10. Protection against dead gaps. When it's on, YEMISCE doesn't offer a time that would leave a gap shorter than your shortest service available online (including specialists' individual durations). That's why some openings in the calendar may not be offered to clients.
11. Unavailable time or days off. Check the “Scheduled” list in the specialist's schedule — it also includes blocks created in the calendar.
12. An event in Google Calendar. If the specialist has chosen a working calendar, any event in it blocks time, except events marked as “Free” in Google. An all-day event closes the whole day. See Google Calendar.
13. All places are taken. For a group service, a time disappears once no places are left. See Group bookings.
14. The wrong time zone. Times on your page are shown in the business time zone. If “Business time zone” in “Settings” → “Business” is wrong, the whole schedule shifts.
The client chose a specific specialist
If several people perform the service and the client picked one of them, only that person's times are shown. To see the whole team's times, the client can go back and choose “First available”.
What the client can do
If your waitlist is on, the client can join it right from the booking form — you'll contact them when a time frees up. See Waitlist.
FAQ
The calendar shows a free opening, but the page doesn't offer that time.
Most often it's reason 7, 9 or 10: the time is too soon, it's eaten up by gaps between bookings, or it would leave a dead gap. Also check the business opening hours.
Can I book a client myself for a time the page doesn't show?
Often, yes. The “Booking” button in the calendar ignores “How many days ahead”, “Nearest booking no sooner than” and dead-gap protection. It does respect the specialist's schedule, business hours, other bookings, blocks and Google events. See Creating a booking for a client.
A time was there and then disappeared.
Most likely someone else has already booked it. Refresh the page to see the current times.
I've checked everything and there are still no times.
