How to download

1. Open “Settings” → “Data & privacy”.
2. In the “Data export” block, click “Download data”.

1. Sign in to the “My bookings” cabinet — see Signing in to your client account.
2. In the “Data & privacy” block, click “Download my data”.

What the file contains

• account: email, phone, name, language, creation date;
• business: name, description, business mode, city, address, country, time zone, opening hours;
• services: name, description, duration, price, number of places, whether the service is active;
• team: each specialist's name, position, level, status and working schedule;
• clients: name, phone, email, notes, birthday, first and last visit dates, number of visits;
• all bookings: service, specialist, client and their contact details, time, status, price.

• their account and their card in the business team: name, position, level, status;
• bookings assigned to them: service, client name, time, status — without client contact details;
• visit notes they wrote themselves.

• what each business keeps about them: name, contact details, notes, birthday, visit dates;
• all bookings: business, service, specialist, time, status, price, answers to extra booking questions, post-visit check-ins and photos, reviews they left.
