The business sends you messages about your booking: confirmation, reminder, rescheduling or cancellation, and a review request. You decide when to be reminded and which channel these messages come through.

When you book

The booking form has a “Booking reminders” block.
  1. In “When to remind”, choose “1 hour before”, “2 hours before”, “6 hours before” or “24 hours before”. The default is “24 hours before”.
  2. Choose the primary channel: “Telegram”, “Push”, “SMS” or “Email”. “Telegram” and “Push” only appear if the business sends messages through these channels. “SMS” only appears if the business sends SMS and you entered a phone number. “Email” is selected by default.
  3. Under “Backup channels you also permit”, tick the channels the business may use if the primary one can't deliver.
Choosing a channel is consent to service messages about this booking. Separately, you can tick “I consent to separate marketing messages from the business” for promotions and offers.

How messages are delivered

Each message comes through one channel: the primary one first, and if it can't be delivered, the next allowed one. The reminder is sent once, at the chosen time before the visit. If the booking is rescheduled, the reminder comes before the new time, just as far ahead.

Changing the reminder time after booking

In “My bookings”, the card of every upcoming confirmed visit has “When to remind”.
  1. Choose “1 hour before”, “2 hours before”, “6 hours before” or “24 hours before”.
  2. Click “Save”. You'll see “Reminder time saved.”
The time changes for this visit only. If the reminder has already been sent, it won't come again. Bookings the business created itself are also set to “24 hours before” — you can change those here too.

Channels for each business

In “My bookings” there's a “Service notifications” section. For each business you've booked with:
  1. Under “Allowed channels”, tick the channels the business may use.
  2. Under “Primary channel”, choose which one to use first.
  3. Click “Save channels”. You'll see “Channels saved.”
Only channels the business uses and that are available to you are listed:
  • “Email” — if the business has your email;
  • “Push” — if push is enabled on at least one of your devices;
  • “Telegram” — if you connected Telegram for this business;
  • “SMS” — if the business sends SMS and has your phone number.
At least one channel must stay ticked, otherwise you'll see “Could not save channels. Keep at least one available channel enabled.”

Turning on push notifications

  1. Open “My bookings” in the browser on the device where you want notifications.
  2. Click “Enable notifications” and allow notifications when the browser asks.
You'll see “Notifications are enabled on this device.” Push is enabled separately on each device and browser. To turn it off, click “Disable notifications”.
Then reload the page and add “Push” to “Allowed channels” for the business you want.

Connecting Telegram

  1. In the “Telegram” block, find the business and click “Connect Telegram”.
  2. A Telegram bot opens. Press Start.
  3. Go back to your account and reload the page. Next to the business you'll see “Telegram connected” or “Connected as @name”.
Telegram is connected separately for each business. To disconnect, click “Disconnect”.

Marketing messages

Promotions and personal offers from businesses only come with your consent. You manage it in “My bookings” → “Profile” → “Allow marketing messages”. It doesn't affect service messages about your bookings.

FAQ

I didn't get a reminder. Check the “Notifications” line on the booking card — it shows the allowed channels. If the primary channel is Telegram or Push and it isn't connected, and there's no backup, the message has nowhere to go. Add “Email” to “Allowed channels”. The business can also turn off some message types in its settings.
The push button doesn't work. “This browser does not support push notifications.” — try another browser. “Notification permission was denied. Enable it in your browser settings.” — allow notifications for the site in your browser settings and try again. “Push notifications are temporarily unavailable.” — try later.
Telegram won't connect. “Telegram bot is not configured yet.” or “Could not update Telegram.” — try later. After “Telegram opened. Press Start in the bot to finish connecting.”, make sure you press Start in the bot.
Why isn't “Telegram” among a business's channels even though Telegram is connected? That business doesn't send messages via Telegram. Choose another channel.
