On the “Performers” tab you choose who performs a service and, if needed, give each of them their own price, duration and level.
Choosing performers
- Open “Services” and click a service.
- Go to the “Performers” tab. It lists every active specialist on your team.
- Tick the people who perform the service and untick those who don't.
- Click “Save”.
A service needs at least one performer. If you untick everyone, the service won't be saved.
Individual price, duration and level
Each specialist has three optional fields:
- “Individual price” — this specialist's price for the service. Leave it empty to use the “Base price” from the “Basic” tab.
- “Individual duration” — 15 to 480 minutes, in 15-minute steps. Leave it empty to use the general “Duration”.
- “Level” — a short label next to the name, such as “Top Master” (up to 80 characters). It starts out as the level from the specialist's profile in “Team”.
The individual duration is the real length of the booking: it is how much time YEMISCE blocks in the specialist's calendar and the length it looks for when offering free times. The individual price becomes the booking's price.
What the client sees
- The service list on your page shows the lowest price and the shortest duration among the performers. If prices or durations differ, they start with “from” — for example, “from 45 min”.
- If several specialists perform the service, after choosing it the client sees “Choose a specialist”, with each person's level, duration and price. The first option is “First available”: YEMISCE shows the nearest time across the whole team.
- If there is only one performer, the client goes straight to choosing a time.
A team member sees their own price and duration under “My services” in their cabinet.
A new team member
When you add a team member, they immediately become a performer of all existing services and are offered in online booking — there is no need to save the services again. If they don’t do everything, open the service, untick them on the “Performers” tab and click “Save”.
FAQ
I unticked a performer. What happens to their bookings?
Existing bookings stay. No new bookings for this service can be made with that specialist, neither on the page nor in the calendar.
Can one specialist do the service in less than 15 minutes?
No. The individual duration is 15 to 480 minutes, in 15-minute steps.
The specialist is a performer, but clients see no times with them.
Being a performer is only one condition. The specialist also needs working hours, and the time must fall within the business opening hours. See Specialist schedule and Why a client can't see free time.
How do performers work for a group service?
The same way: every ticked specialist can run the session. See Group bookings.
