The “Useful” section holds your publications — tips, aftercare notes, stories about your services. Both sections appear on your public page as soon as they have something to show.
Where to find it
- Open “Page” → “Page sections”.
- Next to “Show: Questions”, select “Manage” to open your FAQ list.
- Next to “Show: Useful”, select “Manage” to open your publications.
The “← Page sections” link takes you back. That is also where you show or hide the sections themselves and change their position on the page — see Page sections.
Questions (FAQ)
Adding a question
- In the “Add question” block, fill in “Question” and “Answer”.
- If your page has several languages, the block repeats for each language. Fill them all in — these fields are required.
- Select “Add question”.
The question appears in the list as “Active” and is shown on the page right away. “Saved” appears at the top of the screen.
Editing, hiding or deleting
- To fix the text, edit the fields in the question card and select “Save”.
- To take a question off the page for a while, clear “Active” and select “Save”. The status changes to “Hidden” and the question stays in your list.
- To remove a question for good, select “Delete” and confirm in the “Delete this FAQ question?” dialog.
Changing the order
Drag a question by its number (01, 02, …) to a new position and select “Save order”. The new order is not saved without this button.
The page shows questions in the same order. The first one is expanded; the rest open when tapped.
Publications (“Useful”)
Creating a publication
- Select “+ Add publication”.
- Fill in the fields:
- “Title” — up to 140 characters, required;
- “Content” — up to 12,000 characters, required;
- “Short description” — up to 260 characters; shown under the title and used as the description when the publication link is shared in messengers;
- “Upload photo” — the cover image (JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC);
- “Service” — optionally link the publication to a service; its name appears above the title. If you don't need a link, keep “No service link”;
- “Slug” — the last part of the publication address. You can leave it empty: YEMISCE builds it from the title in Latin letters.
- Select “Publish” to put it on the page right away, or “Save draft” to come back to it later.
Formatting the text
- An empty line starts a new paragraph.
- A line starting with
##becomes a subheading. - Lines starting with
-form a list. **text**— bold.[text](https://…)— a link.in its own paragraph — an image from that address.
Draft or published
- “Draft” — only you can see it in the cabinet.
- “Published” — it is on your page.
The button you save with decides the status: “Publish” publishes, “Save draft” saves as a draft.
A publication that is already live has “Save changes” instead of these buttons: your edits appear on the page right away and the publication stays published. To take it off the page, select “Unpublish” — it becomes a draft.
The “Delete” button at the bottom of the form deletes the publication after you confirm: “Delete this post? It can't be restored.”
What clients see
- The “Useful” section shows your three newest published publications. Each card shows the linked service name (or “Useful 1”, “Useful 2”…), the title and reading time, such as “2 min read”. Tapping a card opens the publication on top of the page.
- Every publication also has its own address: your page address +
/posts/+ the slug, for example yemisce.com/studiya-ranok/posts/how-to-prepare. This link is handy for social media. At the bottom of that page there is a “Book now ↗” button leading to your services. - Older publications that don't make the top three are still available through their own links.
Translations
If your page has several languages (see Multiple page languages and translations):
- for questions, “Question” and “Answer” must be filled in for every page language;
- for publications, the form shows a “Translations” block. For each additional language you can add a title, slug, short description and content. These fields are optional: if a translation is empty, clients see the text in the main language.
FAQ
Why can't I see the “Questions” or “Useful” section on my page?
A section appears only when “Show” is on for it in “Page sections” and it has content: at least one “Active” question or at least one published publication.
I selected “Add question”, but nothing appeared.
Make sure “Question” and “Answer” have at least 2 characters in every page language, then try again. If saving fails, “Not saved. Check the fields: …” appears at the top of the screen.
After changing the slug I see “Not saved. Check the fields: …”.
The slug must be unique among your publications. Pick a different one. YEMISCE automatically turns capitals, spaces and Cyrillic letters into lowercase Latin letters with hyphens.
The old link stopped working after I changed the slug.
The publication address depends on the slug, so the old link no longer opens. If you have already shared the link, avoid changing the slug.
Why did the publication date change?
The date is set when the publication is published. “Save changes” keeps it, but if you select “Unpublish” and then publish it again, the date is updated.
How do I know whether people read my publications?
Publication views and clicks from publications to booking are shown in “Statistics” — see Page statistics.
