After the “First launch” wizard, your page already accepts bookings. To make booking easy for clients — and to make sure you never miss a new booking — work through the steps below. The order is a suggestion; no step is mandatory, and you can come back to any of them later.

1. Check your specialist card

The wizard added you to the team as the first specialist. YEMISCE took the name for this card from your account: from your Google profile, or the part of your email before “@”. Clients see this name when they book.
Open “Team”, click your card, check “First name” and “Last name”, fill in “Position” and add a photo. See The owner as a specialist.

2. Polish your public page

In the “Page” section:
  • “Business profile” — logo, name, short description;
  • “Photos and top gallery” — the photos clients see first;
  • “Contacts and location” — phone, social links, address.

3. Add your other services

The wizard created one service. Add the rest under “Services” with the “Add service” button — see Services: creating and editing.

4. Invite your team

If other specialists work with you, add them under “Team” with “Add team member”. To give someone their own cabinet, fill in their “Login email” — see Adding a team member and inviting them to the dashboard.

5. Set your booking rules

“Settings” → “Booking”: how many days ahead clients can book, how soon the earliest booking can be, and whether clients may cancel or reschedule on their own. See Online booking settings.

6. Turn on notifications for yourself

To hear about new bookings right away, open “Settings” → “Notifications” and connect Telegram or browser push in the “My notifications” block. For how clients receive notifications, see How notifications work.

7. Connect Google Calendar (optional)

If you keep personal plans in Google Calendar, connect it under “Settings” → “Integrations”. Time that is busy there will then not be offered to clients. See Google Calendar.
  1. In the “Page” section, click “Open public page ↗” — your page opens in a new tab exactly as clients see it.
  2. Book any service the way a client would.
  3. Check that the booking appears in the “Bookings” calendar and that the notification arrived.
  4. Cancel the test booking — see Cancelling a booking as the business.

Once everything works, share your page link on social media and in messengers. A printable QR code is under “Page” → “Page features” — click “Download QR code (PNG)”.

9. Get ready for the end of the trial

To keep your page running without a break, fill in “Settings” → “Billing details” in advance and subscribe under “Settings” → “Subscription”. To see how many days are left, read Free trial.

FAQ

Do I have to finish all of these steps before taking bookings? No. Your page accepts bookings as soon as the wizard is done. These steps just make it more convenient for clients and for you.
I changed the name on my specialist card, but the cabinet menu still shows the old one. Why? The bottom of the menu shows your YEMISCE account name, which is separate from your specialist card. Clients see the card from the “Team” section.
How can I view my page as a client without changing anything? Click “Open public page ↗” in the “Page” section. You can browse it as much as you like — a booking only appears if you actually complete one.
