Reviews on your page come only from clients after a real visit, and you cannot delete a review yourself. But if a review breaks the rules — contains insults, false claims or spam — you can report it. YEMISCE administration will look into it.

Reporting a review

  1. Open “Page” → “Page sections”.
  2. In the “Reviews” row, click “Manage”.
  3. Under the review, click “Report” — a form expands.
  4. In “Reason”, pick one of:
    • “Offensive language”;
    • “Personal attack”;
    • “False claims”;
    • “Spam”;
    • “Other”.
  5. In “Moderation note”, explain what is wrong. For example, that this client was not served by you on that day, or that the text contains threats. Up to 2,000 characters.
  6. Click “Report”. You'll see “Report sent for moderation.”

What happens after you report

  • The review's status in the cabinet changes to “In moderation”.
  • While it is being checked, the review is not shown on your public page and does not count towards its rating.
  • The review appears under the “Reported” filter.
  • If the client opens their review link, they see that the review is being checked by a moderator.

Possible outcomes

YEMISCE administration makes one of two decisions:
  • Complaint rejected. Status: “Complaint rejected”. The review is shown on your page again and counts towards the rating. You can't report this review again.
  • Review hidden. Status: “Hidden by moderation”. The review disappears from your public page and no longer counts towards “Average rating” and “Total reviews”.
Both decisions are final and can't be reviewed again. After moderation the client can't edit the review or leave a new one for this visit either — there is one review per visit.
There is no separate notification about the decision — check the review's status in the “Reviews” section.

FAQ

Why is there no “Report” button? You can report only reviews with the status “Public”. If a review is already in moderation, hidden, or moderation has already rejected a complaint about it, the button is not shown.
Can I withdraw a report? No. Wait for the moderation decision.
Will the client know I reported the review? The client gets no message. But if they open their review link, they will see that the review is being checked, and after removal — that it was removed by administration.
Can I report a review just because it is negative? A low rating on its own is not a violation. Report only reviews with insults, false claims, spam or another violation, and describe it in “Moderation note”.
